Certified Legal Nurse Consultants who are knowledgeable of the healthcare system and its inner workings to assist attorneys with reviewing and analyzing medical records and other documents to interpret their relevance, develop reports and chronologies to highlight significant medical events clarifying how they fit into an overall case analysis, and research and apply authoritative medical and nursing literature. Other services are also available.
If you are serving a client with limited English proficiency, the Oregon Judicial Department provides interpreters for all court proceedings. For assistance outside of the courtroom, telephone language interpreting is available for a fee.
